ASSESSOR SERVICES

Assessors estimate the market value of all property in the township to determine assessments for your share of real estate tax. Assessors will make adjustments on assessments due to factual errors. Illinois law provides homeowners with certain homestead exemptions if you are the owner of record and live in the home as a primary residence.
